The 2012 production featured six original monologues by some of today’s most outspoken “girls”—Rashida Jones, Olivia Wilde, Zosia Mamet, Aubrey Plaza, Leandra Medine—each who performed a personal essay on topics like dating in the era of social media, the search for job fulfillment in a jobless economy, social activism, politics and other relevant topics from the POV of a new generation. This year’s line-up will feature Amy Poehler, Emma Roberts, Dianna Agron, Alexa Chung, Amy Schumer, and Zosia Mamet! Winner and guest will be guaranteed a meet & greet opportunity with Kathy Najimy. The exclusive event is invite-only! Tickets will not otherwise be made available to the general public. Proceeds from the auction will benefit Urban Arts Partnership. Urban Arts, a not-profit organization that was founded in 1992 to advance the intellectual, social and artistic development of under-served public school students through arts-integrated education programs to close the achievement gap.
